On this day in 1990, Troy “Trouble T Roy” Dixon of Heavy D and the Boyz died after a tragic fall after a concert performance. Although it has been 21 years, I still remember that day like it was yesterday. In remembrance, we get to see his fancy footwork in the video for “The Overweight Lover’s In the House” and then the classic C.L. Smooth & Pete Rock tribute “They Reminisce Over You”. Peace.
