Today’s cool burst of air is a nice reprieve to the months of blazing hot temperatures that we’ve endured this summer. It is also quite conducive for sitting back and enjoying great new music. So, open up the windows, crank up the volume and take in this week’s new releases.
Let me start with two of my favorite artists release new music today. Lindsey Buckingham is out with Seeds We Sow, his first release from his label. Musically, it is a different sound for him, but it is a good recording. And the one and only Grace Jones is back! Her latest is titled Hurricane and it is a more laid back Jones, but I think that fans will enjoy the ride.
Also out this week is music from Robin Hannibal, AM & Shawn Lee, Jessy J, George Strait, Tierney Sutton, Peter Wolf Crier, and Hugh Laurie. (yep, that’s right, Dr. House himself)
